摘要
在对一家国有大型啤酒企业的企业文化内部的传播现状进行详细的访谈和问卷调查的基础上,诊断该企业的企业文化内部传播效果和存在的问题,并进一步提出相应的完善措施,作为其他企业在内部传播企业文化时的借鉴。
In this paper, we interviewed a large state - owned beer company, based on the questionnaires data, and as- sessed the spreading effect of the corporate culture among the staff. Then, we figured out internal communication problems and gave some improvement measures to help other enterprises to spread corporate culture in company.
