摘要
针对上海软件与信息服务产业,通过对产业发展现状的SWOT分析,分三个阶段制定2011—2020年产业发展目标;在进行目标与现状差距分析后,确定产业发展壁垒;从时间、路径、产业发展突破方向三个维度绘制2011—2020年上海软件和信息服务产业技术路线图,并给出相应产业发展建议。
According to the SWOT analysis on the development status of Shanghai software and information services indus- try, the three -phase industry development goal of 2010 -2020 can be formulated. On the basis of gap analysis between in- dustrial development objectives and current situation, the barriers to industry development are identified. Finally, technolo- gy roadmap of Shanghai software and information services industry is built from three dimensions, i. e. , time, path and the direction of industrial development. According to the roadmap, the study also provides some suggestion for industrial development breakthrough.
