摘要
自拟通血复明汤,药用:当归9g,生地9g,赤芍9g,川芎9g,荆芥9g,防风9g,水蛭9g,全蝎9g,地龙9g,桃仁6g,红花6g,川牛膝30g,决明子15g,三七粉(冲服)3g,甘草3g治疗增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR),随证加减,有是证用是药,每日1剂,水煎,早、晚2次温服。对增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR)造成的玻璃体混浊、视网膜渗出、大片状出血及纤维血管膜有明显的疗效。
Abstract：Tongxue Fuming Decoction is consisted of Danggui,Shengdi,Chishao,Chuangxiong,Jingjie,Fangfeng,Shuizhi,Quanchong,Dilong,Taoren,Honghua,Niuxi,Jumingzi,Sanqi and Gancao,which can treat proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）.One potion should be taken in the morning and evening warmly,altogether twice a day.It has obvious effect on vitreous opacity,retinal exudates,hemorrhage and fibrovascular large flake membrane caused by PDR.
