摘要
目的总结老年性肠梗阻手术治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年12月我院普外科收治89例老年性肠梗阻手术治疗的临床资料。结果治愈83例,好转4例,死亡2例。结论老年性肠梗阻的主要病因为结直肠癌、嵌顿疝和肠粘连;早期诊断,做好围手术期处理,把握好手术指征,积极采取合理的手术方法,是提高老年性肠梗阻治愈率的关键。
Objective To summarize the experiences of surgical treatment in elderly intestinal obstruction. Methods the clinical data of 89 elderly patients with intestinal obstruction on surgical treatment from January 2000 to December 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 89 patients in this group accepted surgical treatment, 83 patients were cured, 4 patients improved and 2 patients died. Con- elusion The major causes of elderly intestinal obstruction were colorectal cancer, incarcerated hernia and adhesions. Early diagnosis, good perioperative management, a good grasp of surgical indications, and actively take reasonable surgical method are to improve the key of the cure rate for elderly intestinal obstruction.
