摘要
目的了解与分析耳鼻咽喉门诊患者抗菌药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取医院2010年10-11月耳鼻咽喉门诊处方592张,对使用抗菌药物的352张处方进行回顾性调查与分析。结果耳鼻咽喉门诊处方抗菌药物使用率为59.4%;用药不合理处方282张,不合理率为80.1%,其中无指征用药130张,占46.1%,改变用药途径98张,占34.8%,用药指征不强54张,占19.1%。结论耳鼻咽喉门诊患者不合理使用抗菌药物现象严重;抗菌药物的使用亟待卫生行政立法并制定专科用药细则指南,促进临床抗菌药物应用的规范化、合理化。
OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the situation of antibiotics application on otorhinolaryngology outpatients,to promote rational use of antibiotics. METHODS A total of 592 prescriptions were randomly selected from otorhinolaryngology outpatients,352 prescription of the drug application in the prescription was retrospectively investigated and analyzed. RESULTS The rate of antibiotics application in otorhinolaryngology prescription was 59.4%,and the irrational use rate was 80.1%,among them,the abuse of antibiotics,irrational route of administration,vague indication of antibacterial use account for 46.1%,34.8%,19.1% respectively. CONCLUSION Recently there exist some seriously irrational use of antibiotics in otorhinolaryngology outpatient prescription.Clinical use of antibiotics executing rules and clinical specialized use of antibiotics guiding principles should be established in order to promote rational and standard use of antibiotics.
