摘要
IVR系统即交互式语音应答,是一种功能强大的电话自动服务系统,为客户提供一种进行菜单式导航的功能,是呼叫中心系统的重要组成部分,控制整个业务流程。文中在研究开放源代码软件Asterisk平台的基础上,设计了IVR系统框架。通过对基本服务流程和回拨功能的设计和分析,用以提高IVR系统的服务效率。
The IVR(Interactive Voice Response) system is a powerful automatic phone system which provides a service system for clients on the menu navigation function.It is also an important part of the call center to control the business process.The Asterisk is the open source software which is launched by Digium.The paper introduces the Asterisk platform and designs a framework of the IVR system.By designing the process of service and the module of Callback,and analyzing them,we can improve the service efficiency of the IVR system
