摘要 目的:设计一种临床类似病例的专家诊断系统。方法:通过BP人工神经网络算法对模型库组件信息进行预测及归纳,把数据库技术与数据挖掘技术结合起来,利用数据终端针对患者敏感数据进行数据挖掘分析。结果:对支气管鳞状细胞癌检测的阳性有效率为85.65%,对晚期支气管鳞状细胞癌预后评估有效率为85.71%。实现了支气管鳞状细胞癌的智能分析,并针对患者病情进行了阶段预测。结论:系统具有诊断率高,操作便捷的优点,为类似疾病的诊断和预测提供了借鉴。 Objective To design an expert diagnosis system for similar cases in clinic.Methods With data mining combined with database technology,patients with sensitive data could be mined and analyzed.Results This system achieved the intelligence analysis to bronchial squamous cell carcinoma with the efficiency rate of 85.65%,and efficiency rate of prediction to the terminal stage was 85.71%.Conclusion The system has advantages in diagnostic and operation,which provides a good reference to similar cases.
