摘要
情绪智力在工作领域中的应用研究日益受到重视和关注,研究者尽力将情绪智力发展成为能够与传统智力相提并论的智力构念。文章以国内研究为主线,对情绪智力在工作领域中的研究现状进行回顾与总结,并在此基础上进行研究展望,提出在情绪智力的作用机制、研究方法和应用方面应当进行更深入的研究。
The applied research of emotional intelligence at work area have received increasing attention and concern, researchers try to develop emotional intelligence into important intelligence construct that can be compared with the traditional intelligence. Based on the domestic study as the main line, this paper reviewed and summarized the current situation of emotional intelligence at work area. Based on the research results, we proposed the research prospects, the mechanism of emotional intelligence, research methods and applications is the trend in this field.
