摘要
办刊宗旨是学报运行发展的指导,是带有方向性的内在规定,是学报的灵魂与统领。在考察高校社科学报的办刊宗旨时,可以发现,许多学报将其办刊宗旨刊载在学报的封面或目次页的显著位置,或在"主编寄语"、"编者的话"、"稿约"、"投稿须知"中加以明示。其表现形式或为一次性完整地阐述,或为多处互现互补。有的学报宗旨明确,特色鲜明;有的学报宗旨不明,缺乏个性,多刊类同。导致办刊宗旨多刊类同的原因主要是主体性的缺位、综合性的困扰、发展性的不足。
The purpose is the guide for development,the internal rule with directivity,the spirit and command of the journal.Investigation finds that the purpose of many university journals of social science is put on the obvious place of the cover or table of contents page,or expressed through ＂Editor＇s Message,＂ ＂Editor＇s Note,＂ ＂Submission Agreement＂ and ＂Instructions for Authors.＂ Thus the purpose is elaborated either as an integral whole or as complementary parts.Some journals have their clear purpose and distinct characteristics,while other journals similar in form have neither due to lack of subjectivity,obsession of synthesis and insufficient development.
