摘要
本文从成人教育的现状出发,以成人教育、开放教育和管理学等理论为指导,分析了当前成人高校教学中在课堂教学、教育技术应用、课程设置等方面存在的管理效能低下的问题,指出了影响成人高校教学管理效能的主要因素,包括管理理念、教学设计、教学手段、队伍素养等,论述了其与教学管理效能的相互关系,并探索了提高教学管理效能的若干方法。
From the current situation of adult education,under the guidance of adult education,open education,and management theory,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems such as the low management effectiveness in the classroom teaching,educational technology application,curriculum setting in the adult college teaching,demonstrates the major influencing factors on the effectiveness of college's teaching management,explains the relationship between management factors such as management idea,teaching design,teaching method,team literacy,and teaching management effectiveness,and the explores the method to improve teaching management effectiveness.
