摘要
目的：探讨人乳头瘤病毒（ｈｕｍａｎ ｐａｐｉｌｌｏｍａｖｉｒｕｓ，ＨＰＶ） 与宫颈癌及癌旁组织的关系。方法：应用原位ＰＣＲ技术（ＩＳＰＣＲ）对４４ 例宫颈癌、１８ 例癌旁组织及３０ 例慢性宫颈炎和１５ 例正常宫颈组织中的ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ和ＨＰＶ１８ＤＮＡ进行检测。结果：４４ 例宫颈癌组织中ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ 阳性３５ 例（７９－５％ ），ＨＰＶ１８ＤＮＡ 阳性５ 例（１１－３ ％） 。其中ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ和ＨＰＶ１８ＤＮＡ均阳性４ 例；ＨＰＶ１８ＤＮＡ 阳性而ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ阴性１ 例；ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ 阳性而ＨＰＶ１８ＤＮＡ 阴性３１ 例。１５ 例癌旁组织伴宫颈上皮内新生物（ｃｅｒｖｉｃａｌｉｎｔｒａｅｐｉｔｈｅｌｉａｌ ｎｅｏｐｌａｓｍ ， ＣＩＮ） Ⅱ～Ⅲ级，ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ 阳性１２ 例（８０％ ），其他３ 例癌旁组织中１ 例ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ阳性；３０ 例慢性宫颈炎有４ 例ＨＰＶ１６ＤＮＡ 阳性（１３－３％ ） ；１５ 例正常宫颈组织ＨＰＶＤＮＡ均阴性。结论：宫颈癌及癌旁伴ＣＩＮⅡⅢ与ＨＰＶ１６、１８ 感染有密切关系，以ＨＰＶ１６
Aim: To study the relationship between human papillom virus (HPV) and cervial squamous cell carcimoma and tissues near to carcinoma. Methods: In 44 cases of cervical carcihoma and 18 cases of tissues near to carcinoma and 30 chromic cervicitis and 15 cases of normal cervical opithelial tissue HPV DNA were examined by in situpolymerase chain reaction (ISPCR). Results: In 44 cases of cervical carcinoma tissues, HPV 16 DNA was found in 35 cases (79.5%), and HPV 18 DNA in 5 casese (11.3%). Both HPV 16 DNA and JPV 18 DNA were positive in 4 cases. HPV18 DNA was positive, but HPV 16 DNA was negative in l case. HPV 16 DNA was positive, but HPV 18 DNA was negative in 31 cases. HPV16 DNA was positive in 12 cases of tissue near to carcinoma accompanying cervical intraepithelial neoplasm Ⅱ Ⅲ(CIN Ⅱ Ⅲ) (80%). HPV16 DNA was positive in 1 case of tissue near to carcinoma else. In 30 cases of chronic cervicitis tissue, HPV16 DNA was positive in 4 cases (13.3%). In 15 cases of normal cervical epithelium tissue, HPV DNA was negative. Conclusion: There is a close relationship was found between cervical carcinoma and tissue near to carcinoma accompanying CIN Ⅱ Ⅲ and HPV 16 and HOV 18 infection, especially HPV 16 DNA.
