The Protection on Preventing from Surging of Axial Flow Air Compressor

摘要 轴流压气机防喘振保护是头等重要的问题,它的解决要以准确的特性曲线为基础,而准确的特性曲线只有通过实验的方法取得。文章结合天津铁厂高炉风机试验的实际,详细阐述了如何用实验的方法测得风机特性曲线,根据特性曲线制定出喘振报警线和防喘振放风线。同时,对定转速风机、变转速轴流压气机等不同机型采取不同的防喘振保护系统,并在生产中取得了极好的效果。 The protection on preventing from surging of axial flow compressor is the almost important problem.The solutions should be based on the exact specific property curves.While the exact specific property curve can only get from the experimental method. Combining the practice of Tianjin blast furnace experiment the experimental method on how the property curve of fan is discussed. According to the specific performance curve, make out the warning line and surging air - bleeding line. The different and - surging protective systems are adopted to different types of machine of directional speed fan and variable speed axial of directional speed fan and variable speed axial flow compressor etc. And exteme premium results have been achieved.
