摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)的手术配合及护理。方法:对106例采用PKRP治疗前列腺良性增生(BPH)的患者进行术前心理护理、术中配合、术后整理等方面详细介绍。结果:106例患者顺利完成手术,无并发症发生。结论:认为手术护士熟悉手术步骤,正确摆放体位,正确、熟练使用器械及术中密切护理配合是手术顺利的重要保证。 Objective:To confer the operation cooperation and nurse of PKRP.Methods:Detailed introduced psychology nursing before operation,cooperation during operation and coordination after operation for that 106 cases that they were adopt PKRP for BPH treatment.Results:The 106 cases all succeed in the operation and without any complication.Conclusion:We consider the most important guarantee to succeed the operation is as follows,be familiar the operation procedure,place the posture accurately,sure the instrument accurately and nursing cooperate nearly during operation.
