摘要
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)的手术配合及护理。方法:对106例采用PKRP治疗前列腺良性增生(BPH)的患者进行术前心理护理、术中配合、术后整理等方面详细介绍。结果:106例患者顺利完成手术,无并发症发生。结论:认为手术护士熟悉手术步骤,正确摆放体位,正确、熟练使用器械及术中密切护理配合是手术顺利的重要保证。
Objective：To confer the operation cooperation and nurse of PKRP.Methods：Detailed introduced psychology nursing before operation,cooperation during operation and coordination after operation for that 106 cases that they were adopt PKRP for BPH treatment.Results：The 106 cases all succeed in the operation and without any complication.Conclusion：We consider the most important guarantee to succeed the operation is as follows,be familiar the operation procedure,place the posture accurately,sure the instrument accurately and nursing cooperate nearly during operation.
