摘要
提出了过盈配合应力的动态和静态2 种有限元分析方法,利用非线性有限元软件MARC对铁道车辆某高速轮对组装的过盈装配应力进行了有限元仿真计算,比较了2 种方法的计算结果,分析了过盈量、摩擦系数、形状误差对装配应力的影响,结果对于制定装配规范、研制高速重载轮对、改进加工工艺具有参考意义。
The dynamic and static methods are put forward in this paper to simulate the contact stress on the interference fitting surfaces.Based on the nonlinear FEA software MARC,the two methods are applied to study the contact stress of a high speed truck wheelset,and the two results are compared and the influences of the fit tolerance,friction factor and shape error are discussed in detail.The results play a reference role in formulating the specification,developing new wheelsets for high speed trains heave load vehichles and improving manufactural technology.
