摘要
目的:研制适合口腔修复用的新型钛合金。方法:参考目前临床常用Co-Cr合金及型金合金的力学性能指标合成牙科用Ti-Zr合金,并且对Ti-Zr合金的力学性能及显微组织结构进行观察。结果:Ti-Zr合金抗拉强度795MPa,屈服强度657MPa,延伸率22%,弹性模量100GPa,硬度249(HK);金相显微组织为细化的晶粒结构。结论:Ti-Zr合金是一种有发展前景的口腔修复用钛合金。
Objective:To develop a new titanium alloy which is suitable for prosthodontic use.Methods: According to the mechanical properties of Co Cr alloy and type Ⅳ dental gold alloy, a new titanium alloy Ti Zr was developed.Results: The datas of tensile strength(σ\-b=795 MPa, σ\-\{0.2\}=657 MPa, δ=22%, E=100 GPa)and hardness (249HK) were collected. The microstructure showed a fine crystal grains. Conclusion: The new titanium alloy Ti Zr is suitable for dental use.\;
