摘要
利用FLUENT软件研究了冷却塔内部烟气流动状态的分布规律,全面解析了冷却塔内烟气流动场的变化趋势,并通过改变冷却塔入口弯管的曲率半径、直管段长度和分布板的孔径分布分析塔内烟气流速的均匀性。计算结果表明,改变分布板的孔径分布可明显优化烟气流动状态,各孔流量与理论值偏差小于13%,最大与最小流量相差1.39倍,烟气流量分布的均匀性和流速方向的垂直度得到有效改善,为冷却塔优化设计提供了指导依据。
Based on FLUENT software,the gas flow field in cooling towers has been simulated.The uniformity of gas velocity is analysed by changing curvature radius of siphon,the length of pipe,and the hole diameter distributing in the distribution plate.The computation results show that changing hole diameter distributing of the distribution plate can obviously improve the uniformity and perpendicularity of gas velocity.Comparing with ideal flow,the reality flow discrepancy of each hole is less than 13%.The reality maximum flow is 1.39 times to reality minimum flow.The research gives valuable guidance to designing and optimization for cooling towers.
