摘要
Konig和Geiger首先报道1-羟基-1-H苯并三唑可作为多肽合成中的离去基团。最近相继又报道6-三氟甲基类似物也有相同作用。本文研究1-羟基-6-三氟甲基苯并三唑(1)的Williamson反应。实验结果表明,1与含活泼卤素的化合物作用。
The new compounds(2～9) were prepared by treating 1-Hydroxy-6-trifluorome-thyl-1-H-benzotriazole with alkyl halide, with excellent yields. The structures of these com-pounds were identified by NMR, IR, MS and elemental analyses.
