摘要
由于热拌SMA沥青混合料沥青胶结料含量高,粘度大,施工温度高,压实困难等,而温拌沥青混合料能降低施工温度。防止生产过程中沥青老化,并具有较好的施工和易性,故研究温拌SMA沥青混合料的性能成为必要。通过室内试验的研究,从沥青混合料的压实性能、高温性能、低温性能、疲劳性能、水稳定性能及剪切性能等方面对热拌和温拌SMA沥青混合料进行路用性能对比分析.结果表明在降低施工温度、节能环保的情况下,热拌和温拌SMA沥青混合料的路用性能基本相当,说明温拌SMA沥青混合料具有较好的推广价值。
The hot mix SMA mixture content high asphalt, big viscosity, constructed in high temperature, compacted difficultied and also.The warm mix asphalt not only reduced temperature of constructed, prevented asphalt aging but also has a good construction workability. Therefore, study the performances of the warm mix SMA mixture as necessary.Analysis comparison on pavement performance from the?aspects?of compaction properties, high temperature properties, low temperature properties, water stability and shearing properties,the results show that performance of warm mix SMA mixtures and Hot mix SMA mixtures are considerable in situation of decreased temperature, energy conservation and environmental protection. All show that Warm Mix SMA mixture has good value.
