摘要
增值服务是指为客户提供的超出常规服务范围的服务,紫荆神网就是基于地面数字电视网络的增值服务平台,它利用广电的电视频道以及地面数字电视技术,结合最新的信息技术、开始商业运营。紫荆神网结合了最新的数字编码技术,如H.264及MPEG-4等,以及我国新制定的双国标(AVS+DMBT),使得系统可以传送大容量多媒体文件及节目流。本文主要介绍了紫荆神网的用户认证、计费、帐务、客户管理(SMS)、节目管理等功能以及如何实现了紫荆神网在数字电视接收机中的应用。
Value-added logistics service is to provide customers with service which beyond the normal scope. ZiJing Super Network is based on the terrestrial digital television network of value-added service platform. It uses the broadcasting of TV channels and digital terrestrial television technology and combined with the latest information technology to began the commercial operations. ZiJing Super Network combine with the latest digital coding technologies such as H.264 and MPEG-4 and the development of new dual national standard （AVS ＋ DMBT）to make the system transmit high-capacity multimedia files and program flow. This paper describes the user authentication, billing, accounting, customer management （SMS） and program management functions of ZiJing Super Network, as well as how to implement the network applied in the digital TV receives.
