新型司钻房支架的研制与应用

摘要 分析了旋升式和2节伸缩式司钻房支架的不足。设计了新型的司钻房支架,立柱采用3节伸缩结构,并将支架台体与立柱分解为2个模块。降低了运输高度,实现司钻房与支架一体运输。减少拆卸、安装和运输费用,满足了国内外用户对钻机运输集成化的要求。 Analyzing the deficiency of the swing bracket of driller-cabin and the two-section telescoping bracket of driller-cabin, a new-style bracket was designed to settle the problem. This new-style bracket design with three-section telescoping structure, were disconnected two modules, which could be transported int going beyond the limit because of the depressed transportation its upper eractively with platform and brace driller-cabin for not height. The application of the new style bracket reduced the cost of mounting and dismounting and transportation. So it meets the re quirements of integration transportation of drilling rig to the domestic and the overseas users.
