摘要血液信息系统（blood information system,BIS）是采供血业务标准化和管理规范化的重要工具[1-3].军队采供血机构BIS的建设对提升部队血液卫勤保障能力具有重要意义[4].随着采供血工作中服务理念的强化、业务协同的强烈需求以及以计算机信息技术为核心的支撑技术的发展[5-7].
