摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层(AD)的诊断及临床应用价值。方法对15例手术确诊主动脉夹层患者的彩色多普勒超声检查资料进行分析。结果彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示撕裂的内膜、累及的范围、分辨真假腔及破口的位置,并能对主动脉夹层进行细分型。结论彩色多普勒超声可成为临床诊断主动脉夹层的首选检查方法 ,对临床选择治疗方案及疗效评价具有重要的价值。
Objective To evaluate the color Doppler ultrasound in aortic dissection （AD） diagnosis and clinical application. Methods Surgery in the hospital diagnosed 15 cases of aortic dissection in patients with color Doppler ultrasound examination were analyzed. Results Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the intimal tear, involving the scope, to distinguish between true and false lumen and the location of the break, and a breakdown of aortic dissection type. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be a clinical diagnosis of aortic dissection preferred method of examination, treatment options and clinical efficacy evaluation of an important value.
