类风湿关节炎患者的血脂变化及临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血脂的变化及临床意义。方法选择RA患者44例,行红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂四项检测。另选144例健康体检者作为对照组,行血脂四项检测。结果 RA患者HDL-C水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),LDL-C水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),TC和TG在两组中差异无统计学意义。RA患者ESR、CRP与TC、HDL-C和LDL-C无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 RA患者体内血脂水平发生异常,炎症反应对脂代谢具有调节作用。
