摘要 本文研究了阳离子聚合物 ZYC(地层稳定剂)对泥质砂岩油层的稳定作用,通过流体流动试验考察了 ZYC 对泥质砂岩岩心渗透率的影响,介绍了用 ZyC 处理油层、防治采油井出砂的现场试验结果。 The commercial “formation stabilizer” ZYC is a cationic polymer in aqueous solution, with tertiary ammonium groups located in polymer chain skeleton.The stabilizing action of ZYC polymer on arigillaceous sandstone reservoirs is studied in core-flow tests by measuring changes in core permeability and in pH value of the test liquids flown through the core ac- cording to given schemes(a simulated formation water,8—10% NaCl,2%AlCl_3,and 3% ZYC solutions)and explained in terms of the absorbed monolayer of cationic polymer prev- enting clay grains from being hydrated,swollen,dispersed,and transferred in the porous medium.Field tests on treating reservoirs in several oil wells by 3—5% ZYC solution for sand control give good results.In wells badly producing sand the ZYC treatment is performed before a mechanical or chemical sand controlling operation.
