莠去津分子印迹聚合物的合成及识别性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以莠去津为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,在氯仿溶剂中合成了莠去津分子印迹聚合物.紫外光谱研究表明莠去津与功能单体α-甲基丙烯酸之间确实存在作用力.通过红外光谱分析了聚合物结构,可以确定模板分子与功能单体之间的作用力为氢键.利用透射电镜表征了溶剂用量对印迹聚合物微观形貌的影响,综合利用平衡结合实验考察了不同溶剂用量下聚合物的结合性能.结果表明聚合物最大结合量达到42.6μmol/g.同时对比了印迹聚合物对模板分子莠去津、其结构类似物西玛津及萘普生的吸附效果,结果显示印迹聚合物对莠去津的吸附量明显高于西玛津、萘普生的吸附,表现出较高的特异识别性. Molecularly imprinted polymer for atrazine was prepared in chloroform solvent, using atrazine as template molecule and methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer. The interaction between atrazine and functional monomer was verified by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy. The structure of polymers was analyzed by infrared spectra. The results indicated that hydrogen bonding was formed indeed between template molecule and functional monomer. The morphology of polymers, prepared in different amount of solvent, was observed by transmission electron microscopy. And the equilibrium bind experiments which were combined with the transmission electron microscopy was used to testify the influence of different amount of solvent. It showed that the amount of solvent had obvious influence on the adsorption properties and mor- phology of polymers. It was also found that the max binding capacity was up to 42.6μmol/g. In addition, the results of specific absorption experiments showed that molecularly imprinted polymer had a good recogntion characteristic to atrazine.
