摘要
培养卓越工程师的教学模式由三部分组成:首先采用抛锚式教学,从源头呈现教学内容产生的情景,强化学生的实际应用能力,引导学生从历史角度研究科学发现的规律,运用TRIZ培养学生探索自然界规律的原始创新能力;其次采用支架式教学,围绕教学内容联系当今科学技术,呈现新技术和新仪器产生的情景,运用TRIZ培养学生的集成创新能力;最后采用随机进入式教学,从教学内容的研究方式进入科学难题,呈现科学家探索问题和使用方法的情景,运用TRIZ培养学生的引进消化吸收再创新能力。
The teaching mode of training outstanding engineers is composed of three parts. First, by using anchored instruction, the present teaching content is to be presented from the source students' application ability is to be strengthened; students are to be instructed to find the laws from the historical perspective and TRIZ is applied to cultivate their innovative ability in exploring natural laws. Second, by using scaffolding instruction, scenes produced by new technology and equipments are to be presented by relating the teaching contents with the latest development in science and technology by applying TRIZ, students' integrated innovation ability is to be trained. Last, by using random access teaching, the problems in teaching are to be presented in the research way and by applying TRIZ, students' ability of introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation is to be trained.
