摘要
考评事业单位项目预算执行情况,不能仅仅局限于财政资金,还应将自筹资金纳入考评范畴。文章论述了目前仅限于"财政资金"的考评给预算管理带来的诸多问题,并提出了完善考评机制的措施意见。
Assessment institution project budget can＇t just limit to finance capital, so we will also make self-raised funds into the evaluation category. The paper discusses the current problems limited to ＂financial capital＂ evaluation to budget management, and puts forward the measures of evaluation mechanism opinion.
