摘要
在冶炼、铸造、加工等操作中采取多种工艺措施,研制了高炉生铁化学分析用与光谱分析用国家标准样品,对研制的标准样品进行严格的均匀性和稳定性检验。由国内8家具有资质的分析实验室参与协作定值。定值元素达19项(C,Si,Mn,P,S,Cr,Ni,Cu,Mo,V,Ti,Co,Als,Alt,As,Sb,Sn,Pb,Zn等)。分析数据的统计处理按国内外相关标准的规定进行,给出了上述19项元素的标准值及其不确定度,并考察了本套标准样品的线性、一致性。本套标准样品的有效期定为15年。
A variety of process measures on operations of smelting, casting, processing and other operations were taken for preparation of blast furnace pig iron certified reference materials for chemical analysis and spectral analysis. Strict testing of homogeneity and stability was carried out. 8 qualified analytical laboratories were invited to join the program. 19 elements (C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, V, Ti, Co, Als, Alt, As, Sb, Sn, Pb, Zn)were determined and certified. Statistical treatment of analytical data was done according to the requirements given in the related state and international standards. Certified values of the 19 elements mentioned above with their values of uncertainty were given. Line arity and consistency was examined. Period of validity of these standard reference materials was set at 15 years.
