多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片在胃巨大溃疡鉴别诊断中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片在胃巨大溃疡鉴别诊断中的作用。方法选取2007-01~2010-10住院经病理及内镜检查确诊为恶性胃巨大溃疡的患者65例(恶性胃巨大溃疡组),另随机抽取同期住院的良性胃巨大溃疡患者68例(良性胃巨大溃疡组),两组患者均用C12检测系统行多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测。结果 65例恶性胃巨大溃疡组的CEA、CA125、CA242、CA19-9、AFP与68例良性胃巨大溃疡组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余肿瘤标志物比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);肿瘤标志物阳性率恶性胃巨大溃疡组的CEA、CA125、CA242、CA19-9与良性胃巨大溃疡组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统是检测肿瘤标志物的一种技术,该系统能在同一体系下同时检测12种肿瘤标志物,联合检测与传统检测方法相比,弥补了单项指标检测的不足,对胃巨大溃疡鉴别诊断具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To explore differential diagnosis role of multiple tumor marker protein biochip detective system for giant gastric ulcer. Methods Using multiple tumor marker protein biochip C12 to detect 133 inpatients with giant gastric ulcer diagnosed by histopathulogy and endoscopy from January 2007 to October 2010. Results There were significant statistical difference in level of CEA, CA125, CA242, CA19-9, AFP between two groups (P 〈 0. 05). There were no statistically significant difference in other tumor markers between two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). In positive rates of CEA, CA125, CA242, CA19-9 there were statistically significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion C12 multiple tumor marker protein biochip detective system is a kind of tumor marker detection techndogy. This system can be used to meanwhile monitor 12 kinds of tumor markers in the same system. Compared with traditional detection method, this joint detection can make up for insufficiency of single parameter testing, and having certain application value for differential diagnosis of giant gastric ulcer.
