高烈度地震区公路路网抗震设防思路与方法 被引量:1

Earthquake Fortification Approaches for Highway Network in High-intensity Earthquake Zones

摘要 为提高高烈度地震区公路路网的抗灾能力,指导灾区公路规划和生命线公路工程的建设,在目前公路网抗震设防既无系统理论,又无可执行的技术指南的情况下,借鉴国内外单体工程抗震设防研究成果的基础上,从发挥路网整体抗灾能力的角度,以公路运输满足抢险救援的用户需求为出发点和落脚点,系统地提出了高烈度地震区路网抗震设防的思路和关键技术,包括用户需求分析、路网抗震设防的技术要求、路网抗灾能力的量化指标体系及评价技术、路网抗震设防标准及抗灾能力优化配置技术等,研究成果对于提高高烈度地震区公路路网的整体抗灾能力具有重要意义。 In order to increase the earthquake fortification capability of the highway network in high-density earthquake area and guide the highway planning and construction of life-line highway projects, under the condition that there is no available systematic theory or feasible technical guideline on earthquake fortification for highway network, based on the previous research results of earthquake fortification on " single engineering" at home and abroad and with highway transport meeting the users' demands of emergency rescue as its aim and outcome, the thinking and key technologies of earthquake fortification for the highway network in high-intensity earthquake zone was put forward systematically. The major contents include users' demand analysis, technical requirement and standards of earthquake fortification of highway network, quantitative index system and assessment technologies of anti-disaster capability of highway network, and technologies to improve the anti-disaster capability. The research will contribute a lot to the overall anti-disaster capability of the highway network in high-intensity earthquake zone.
