摘要
目的板蓝根颗粒和苦甘颗粒两种中药方剂对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的保护作用,观察中药方剂对流感动物模型的防治作用,探讨其相应中医治法的理论内涵。方法将实验小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、达菲组(磷酸奥司他韦)及中药各剂量组,观察肺指数及肺指数抑制百分率。结果板蓝根颗粒大剂量组、苦甘颗粒大剂量组和高剂量组均能显著降低流感病毒FM1感染小鼠模型的肺指数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论板蓝根颗粒和苦甘颗粒对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠具有保护作用。实验结果结合中医理论认识,寒凉清热药所具有的重要药理作用及其对温病的治疗,正与温病学说的创导者们所提出的温病的表证往往是里热怫郁所致,因而其治疗也应以清解里热为主的观点相符合;辛凉辛温,并用除邪,卫气同治,表里双解的治法,与当代中医药治疗流感的用药趋势相一致。实验结果为中药方剂治疗流感的疗效提供了实验依据。
Objective To study the protection of banlangen granules and kugan granules on influenza virus infection of FM1 in mice,observe the prevention and treatment of Chinese herbal formulas for influenza animal models and explore the relevant theoretic content of therapeutic methods in Chinese medicine.Methods The experimental mice were randomized into a blank control group,a model group,a tamiflu group（oseltamivr phosphate）and Chinese herbs of different doses groups.The pulmonary index and pulmonary index suppression percentage were observed.Results The pulmonary index for mouse models with influenza virus FMI infection decreased significantly in large-dose of banlangen granules group,and the large-dose and high-dose of kugan granules groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Banlangen granules and kugan granules display their protection on the mice with influenza virus FM1 infection.In consideration of the experimental results and the theories in Chinese medicine,for the medicines of cold nature and the action as clearing heat,as well as the treatment for febrile disease,the essential pharmaceutical effect of them is in compliance with the therapeutic principle of the exterior pattern of febrile disease proposed by the inventor of the school of febrile disease,in which,it is believed that the disease should be treated by clearing away the internal heat since the exterior pattern of it is caused by the stagnation of heat in the interior.The herbs,pungent in flavor and cold in property,or pungent in flavor and warm in property are used to eliminate the pathogens and protect the defensive qi;to treat the exterior and interior patterns simultaneously.These thoughts of treatment are coincident with the medication tendency for influenza in modern Chinese medicine.These experimental results provide the experimental evidences for the efficacy of Chinese herbal formulas on influenza.
