摘要
从社会学的角度,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对北京奥运会后和我国从体育大国向体育强国迈进初期我国体育人力资源的社会需求状况进行了预测性研究,进而提出新时期我国体育人力资源建设应着眼于人力资源的现有转化与长期培养相结合、着眼于市场规律对人力资源的优化配置、着眼于紧缺人力资源的建设、着眼于高层次高素质复合型体育人力资源的建设等,为解决我国新时期体育人力资源紧缺问题及促进体育人力资源的社会供需平衡提供参考。
From the perspective of sociology,using qualitative and quantitative methods,the paper made expective study on the sports human resources needs and construction during the "Post-Beijing Olympic" period and the time from sporting nation to sports power.Then it put forward the focuses of sports human resources construction: focus on the strategy of combining existing resources and long-term training;focus on the optimal allocation;focus on the construction of scarce human resources;focus on high-quality human resources,sports complex construction,etc.To solve the shortage of human resources of the sports and offer reference for balance human resources supply and demand.
