摘要
在全面综述国内外政府绩效管理研究文献的基础上,文中系统地分析了现阶段我国政府绩效管理存在的主要问题,并提出了切实可行的对策建议。
On the basis of the literature review of domestic and foreign government performance management,this paper systematically analyzes the main problems of China＇s government performance management at the present stage,and puts forward practical and effective countermeasures.
