摘要
我国电网发展迅速,但是过快的发展建设步伐导致电网物资供应延误以及物流成本增高,从而反作用影响电网建设质量。文中利用现代物流技术与供应链管理的思想,提出了基于现代物流供应链的电网物资管理体系,分析了体系各组成部分的主要职能和实施方法,从而推进南方电网公司提出的"集约、规范、高效"的物资管理战略目标,为运用集约化方法有效实现电力物资先进管理提供理论与技术支持。
China power grid construction is quick,but the power grid supply cannot keep pace with the rapid speed of the construction.Hence,the construction quality and cost may be unsatisfactory.To overcome this problem,this paper has presented a new management system of power grid supplies based on the modern Logistics supply chain theory.The function design of the system components has been discussed.The analysis results show that the proposed management system could impel the development of the supply intensification strategy and provide theory and technology support to the advanced power grid supply management.
