摘要 以武汉体育学院在国内外大型拳击比赛中取得过前三名的6名健将级拳击运动员(简称"优秀运动员")和11名二、三梯队队员(简称"梯队运动员")为研究对象,采用专家调查法遴选出拳击运动员专项力量训练的方法和手段,确定分别以卧推、20Kg平推和30Kg单臂推作为评价拳击运动员最大力量、速度力量和力量耐力的评价指标,对研究对象中17名运动员进行为期8周的实验研究,并对评价指标进行监控和测试,最后得出:除了优秀运动员最大力量在训练前后没有发生显著性变化外,6名优秀运动员、11名梯队运动员实验后指标的平均成绩均优于实验前成绩。 The research selected 6 master boxing athletes who achieved the top three in national and international competitions("elite athletes" in short) and 11 athletes from the second and third echelon("echelon athletes" in short) in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,and adopted the method of expert investigation and the weight-value-factor scale to determine the strength training method among boxing athletes,and introduced the supine press,20kg horizontal press and 30kg single arm press as indicators to evaluate athletes' maximum strength,speed strength,and strength endurance.The research on the 17 athletes took 8 weeks to monitor and assess these indicators.The results showed that the elite athletes' maximum strength did not change significantly after the training,but all the 17 athletes' performances were better than before after the experiment.
