简化橡胶层材料的送纸机构主轴有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 送纸机构主轴是瓦楞纸箱印刷开槽模切机械的重要工作部件,其作用是将瓦楞纸板运送到印刷模切机组,确保精确印刷及模切开槽。应用有限元分析软件COSMOS Works对APSTAR HS1628纸箱印刷开槽模切机送纸机构主轴进行简化橡胶层材料的有限元分析,得到了主轴的重力学和扭力应力、应变、位移图解。对主轴简化橡胶层的模态分析可知在93Hz左右,主轴会发生较为明显的振动。激光多普勒测振实验表明钢制主轴对振动影响较小,橡胶层是引起送纸机构振动的主要原因。 Main shaft of paper advance mechanism is an important part of slotting die cutting machine for corrugated paper printing,which main function is to convey corrugated paper to die cutting unit for printing with guarantee of precision in printing and die cutting,slotting.Then the finite element analysis software COSMOS Works is applied to analyze the material of the rubber layer of the main shaft of paper advance mechanism for APSTAR HS 1628 corrugated paper printing,slotting and die cutting machine,thus the diagrams for gravimetry and torsion stress,strain and displacement of main shaft are obtained.It it known through modal analysis that the apparent vibration may happen as the frequency is at 93Hz.The test of laser doppler vibrometers shows the vibration is caused mainly by the rubber material,nor the steel main shaft.
