摘要
马尔库塞直面西方发达工业社会全面异化的现实状态,以其美学救赎理论探寻艺术作为新感性对抗工具理性的现实作用,也就是艺术所具有的政治革命意义。在这一理论的建构中,单向度意识控制的社会批判是其美学救赎之路的理论起点,艺术所具有的革命性整体性引导性特点则是其美学具有对抗工具理性的解放意义的逻辑前提,用审美形式对社会心理机制进行改造成为美学救赎实践的必经之途。马尔库塞对革命实践的追求贯穿于他的这一乌托邦式的美学救赎理论中,而正是这一点将马尔库塞的美学理论与同时代的其他思想家的美学理论区别开来。
Facing the comprehensive alienation of the more advanced Western industrial societies,Herbert Marcuse developed an aesthetic redemption theory to explore the role that art,as a new sensibility against instrumental rationality,plays in reality,that is,aesthetic art has a significant effect on political revolutions.In the construction of the theory,social criticism preferring the one-dimensional sense of control is the theoretical starting point of the road to its aesthetic redemption.The revolutionization,integrity as well as orientation of art are the logical premise of the aesthetic redemption road,and the only way out is to transform the mechanisms of social psychology by means of aesthetic forms.H.Marcuse's pursuit of revolutionary practices runs through the utopian aesthetic theory,which differentiates his aesthetic theory from the other contemporary thinkers' aesthetic theories.
