精确放疗中食管癌肿瘤靶区移动的研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 放疗的目的是对肿瘤区域给予高剂量照射,但同时要求正常组织和器官的受照射剂量尽量小,在控制肿瘤的同时减少并发症。通过精确定位、精确计划及精确治疗实现的精确放疗可以达到这一目标,因此精确放疗对准确定义靶区边界提出更高的要求,在每一次的放疗中必须尽量减少系统误差和随机误差。
