摘要
大型变压器绕组具有很大电感和很小电阻特点,尤其当变压器容量越大时,时间常数往往越大,现场大型变压器绕组直流电阻测量时,常常因为暂态过程持续时间过长,而导致充电电流不能稳定,测量设备所反应的电阻值不真实,严重干扰试验人员分析判断,影响工作进程。为了实现快速测量直流电阻,现场试验可以利用变压器高低压绕组进行串联,采用高压绕组助磁法,以改善上述现象,促进试验工作的进展。
Large-scale transformer winding is characterized by large inductance and small resistance.The larger the transformer's volume,the larger the time-constant is.Because transient process stays long in measuring direct current resistance of transformers' winding on the spot,charging current is not stabilized and values of resistance measured by equipment is not accurate,which severely disturbs operator's judgment and influences the process of project.In order to quick measurement of direct current resistance,concatenation of transformer's high and low voltage and high-voltage saturable magnetic circuit method are employed on field test so as to improve measurement and promote process of project.
