贴闸压力计算与应用研究

摘要 贴闸压力是提升制动系统的一项重要技术指标,周期性地对制动系统贴闸压力进行测试,是消除提升系统不安全因素、保证系统安全运行的重要措施。调试贴闸压力时,依据《煤矿安全规程》的规定,首先从理论上计算出贴闸压力的取值范围,然后在取值范围内确定贴闸压力值对制动系统进行调整,最后通过现场测试,进一步确认整定数据是否满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,以避免不符合《煤矿安全规程》的现象发生,确保矿井提升系统的安全运行。 Contacting break pressure is an important technical index in the braking system of hoisting.It is very important to test contacting break pressure of braking system periodically,because this method can eliminate unsafe factor of hoisting system,guarantee the safe operation of the system.Based on the relevant stipulation of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations",the debugging of contacting break pressure should be carried out as follows:first,the value range of contacting break pressure is calculated in theory,then the proper contacting break pressure value is determined,and some adjustments are taken on the braking system,finally,field tests are taken to further confirm whether the reconciliated data do satisfy the demands of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".All this can avoid the phenomenon violating "Coal Mine Safety Regulations",and guarantee hoist system′s safe operation in coal mine.
