摘要
PLC(program logical controlle)r在电机控制回路中所遇到的问题,可运用电子产品智能化功能与生产相关的逻辑关系相结合进行检修处理。介绍了在无电路图和说明书时的一种实用检修方法——短接法,即添加1个条件信号来进行效验,从而达到尽快解决问题,恢复生产的目的。
The problems that PLC in the motor control circuit encountering, can be overhauled combining electronic intelligence capabilities and production-related logic. A kind of practical repair method, short connection was introduced in the absence of circuit diagram and instruction, namely add a condition signal to check, so as to solve the problem as soon as possible and resume production.
