摘要 目的探讨穴位埋线对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者足三阴经穴位的影响。方法将100例患者随机分为2组:穴位埋线治疗组50例,多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊对照组50例,疗程3个月。2组患者治疗前后分别检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及足三阴经穴位皮温。结果在治疗结束时,各组肝功能、血脂及胰岛素指数变化均较治疗前有明显改善;治疗后治疗组肝功能ALT、AST水平较对照组明显下降。治疗后2组穴位皮温均有显著升高,且治疗后治疗组温度改善比对照组明显。结论穴位埋线治疗可通过提高足三阴经穴位皮温,调节经脉经气运行以达到治疗NAFLD患者的作用,为NAFLD的经络病机认识奠定基础。 Objective To observe the effects of the therapy with Catgut implantation on skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three yin meridians with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods One hundred patients had been randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Fifty cases of the therapy group had been treated with Catgut implantation, and 50 patients in the control group had been treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline. The treatment lasted for three months. All patients were measured in contents of ALT, AST, TC, TG and skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three yin meridians before and after the treatment. Results At the end of treatment, the liver function, blood lipids and insulin index had significantly improved. After treatment, the ALT, AST levels of liver function of the treatment group decreased more than those of the control group. Skin temperature of acupuncture points in 2 groups after treatment was significantly higher. Compared with the control group, the temperature of the treat- ment group improved significantly. Conclusion Catgut embedding can effectively treat nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by improving skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three yin meridians and regulating the meridians, which lays a foundation for the meridian pathogenesis of NAFLD.
