摘要
报道了自行搭建的扫描探针电子能谱仪(SPEES)控制系统的硬件及软件实现。该系统包括探针三维扫描控制、谱仪通过能电压扫描控制及样品电流反馈控制,在针尖控制上能够实现x、yz、三个方向上的定位以及恒高模式与恒流模式的扫描,在电子能谱测量上能够实现能量定点模式和能量扫描模式。对石墨表面Ag岛及石墨表面Au纳米结构的SPEES实验验证了该系统可靠性与稳定性。
It reports a control system for a home-made scanning probe electron energy spectrometer(SPEES),which includes a three-dimensional scanning tip control,a sample current feedback and a scanning pass energy control.For tip control,the location of the tip at all three directions is realized,and two scanning mode : constant height mode and constant current mode,are available in experiment;and for electron energy spectrum measurement,fixed mode and scanning mode are employed respectively during the experiment.The reliability and stability of this control system are testified by the SPEES experiments on the silver island on graphite surface and the gold nanostructure on graphite surface.
