摘要 本文首先讨论了三电平二极管中点箝位型PWM逆变器电路拓扑,其次分析了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的基本原理,将整个矢量空间分成6个大区域,每个大区域再分成6个小区域,最后在Matlab仿的simulink工具箱中建立了三电平PWM逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果证实了本文所提出的SVPWM算法和实现方法是正确可行的。 The circuit topology of the three phase, three level, diode neutral-point-clamped PWM inverter is discussed and the basic principle of the SVPWM is analyzed in this paper. The Vector space is divided into six large areas, and each large one is divided into six small areas. The simulation model of the control system for the inverter is established in the Matlab simulation environment. The simulation results show that the proposed vector PWM algorithm and the realizing method are valid and feasible.
