摘要
建立了以己酸乙酯为内标物,同时测定α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯(ABL)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)和α-(2-四氢呋喃亚基)-γ-丁内酯(AGBL)含量的气相色谱分析方法。并在GBL和乙酸乙酯为原料生产ABL的过程中得到应用。结果表明:ABL、GBL和AGBL浓度分别在0~30.13g/L、0~15.08g/L和0~9.06g/L的范围内被测组分浓度对被测组分与内标物峰面积比呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数均在0.9991以上;回收率均在96.5%~102.9%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)均在0.10%~2.5%之间。并将该方法用于ABL生产过程中中控及产品分析,取得了满意的结果,为ABL最佳工艺条件的优化及产品标准的建立提供了依据。
In this paper,a method for simultaneous determination of α-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone(ABL),γ-butyrolactone(GBL) and α-(2-tetrahydrofuranylidene)-γ-butyrolactone(AGBL) by gas chromatography was established with ethly hexanoate as an internal standard.The method has been applied to the process in which GBL and ethyl acetate were used as raw materials to produce ABL.The results showed that the peak area ratios of the measured component to the internal standard had a good linear relationship with the component concentrations in the range of 0~30.13g/L for ABL,0~15.08g/L for GBL and 0~9.06g/L for AGBL,the correlation coefficients are more than 0.9991,recoveries were between 96.5% and 102.9%;and relative standard deviations were between 0.10% and 2.5%.And the method was applied in ABL production process control and product analysis,and satisfactory results were obtained,which provides the basis for the optimization of the best technological conditions and establishment of product standards of ABL.
