摘要
当前房地产调控已经进入一个关键时期，要转变政府职能，明确中央与地方政府在房地产市场调控中各自的角色与职能定位；重新审视房地产政策的性质特点，保证政策措施的配套、全面及前瞻性，提高政策的有效性和科学性；坚持和强化舆论引导，为我国房地产调控营造良好的外部氛围和环境支持。
The currenl real estate has entered a critical period, to transform government functions specifically in the central and local governmen regulation of the real estate market in their respective roles and functions of the position; to re-examine the nature of the characteristics of real estate polieies supporting policies and measures to ensure a comprehensive and looking to improve the effective and scientific policy; uphold and strengthen the media guide for the regulation of real estate to creme a favorable external environment and environmental support.
