摘要
目的:了解我院肿瘤患者使用中药注射剂的情况。方法:收集和分析我院肿瘤科住院患者使用中药注射剂的病例。结果:参麦、华蟾素、复方苦参(岩舒)、参芪扶正和艾迪这几种应用较多,中医治则以健脾养阴益气、解毒散结为主。结论:我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的使用,符合中医辩证为主,辨病相结合的原则。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the use of Chinese herbal injections in the patients with tumor in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS： The patients with tumor who were treated with Chinese herbal injections in the department of oncology of our hospital were collected and analyzed.RESULTS： Shenmai injection,Hachansu injection,Compound Kusheng injection and Aidi injection were the most frequently used Chinese herbal injections,and the traditional Chinese medicinal treatment aimed at invigorating the spleen,nourishing yin,tonifying qi and diminishing stagnation by detoxification were dominant.CONCLUSION： The use of the anti-tumor Chinese herbal injections in our hospital conforms to the principle of giving priority to dialectial treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with differential diagnosis of diseases.
