摘要
本文对以产油藻作为新的可再生能源的现状与发展趋势进行了综述,并且对比了真核绿藻与原核蓝藻作为产油藻种的生物学特点,对产油藻未来的走向,包括优质菌种的筛选方法及用合成生物学方法构建新菌种,做了初步的探讨。
We have reviewed the current research status and the development trend of oilgae as renewable energy resource in this perspective.Comparison of biological characteristics closely related to oil production between eukaryotic green algae and prokaryotic algae were made.Comparison of screening and construction by synthetic tools of new strains with features of high oil production and ease of oil extraction and processing were also discussed.
