摘要
目的探讨青光眼术后白内障不同手术方式角膜内皮细胞密度的变化。方法将58例(58眼)青光眼术后白内障患者分为两组。A组采用透明角膜切口超声乳化术;B组采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口非超声乳化术。分别观察两组术前及术后的角膜内皮细胞密度。结果术后3个月角膜内皮细胞密度:A组(2004±152)个/mm2,B组(1825±191)个/mm2,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种手术方式对角膜内皮损害基本相同。
Objective To investigate the changes of the corneal endothelium cell density in different cataract operation after glaucoma surgery. Methods Fifty eight（58 eyes） cataract patients after glaucoma operation were randomized into two groups,patients in group A accepted transparent corneal incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction,patients in group B accepted temperal of temporalupper manual small incision cataract extraction.The corneal endothelium cell density before and after cataract surgery were observed.Results The mean corneal endothelium cell density after operation in group A and group B was（2004±152）/mm2 and（1825±191）/mm2,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The damage of corneal endothelium in two surgical methods is identical on the whole.
