摘要
目的探讨直肠癌低位前切除术行回肠造口能否降低吻合口瘘的发生率。方法回顾性分析新野县人民医院普外科2004年4月至2010年4月间78例行直肠癌低位前切除术患者的临床资料,按是否同时行回肠造口术分为两组:A组(同时行回肠造口)38例,B组(未行回肠造口术)40例,卡方检验比较两组患者术后吻合口瘘的发生率。结果两组患者术后共发生吻合口瘘9例,其中A组1例,发生率为2.6%;B组8例,发生率为20.0%。两组患者吻合口瘘发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.059,P=0.016)。结论直肠癌低位前切除术同时行回肠造口可能会降低术后吻合口瘘的发生率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ileostomy in preventing anastomotic leakge in low anterior resection for rectal cancer. Methods The clinlcal datas of 78 patients with rectal cancer was analyzed retrospectively from April 2004 to April 2010.And they were divided into two groups,group A（n=38） in which patients received ileostomy;group B（n=40） in which patients didn＇t receive ileostomy. Results Nine anastomotic leakage were observed in this study.One case（2.6%） was in group A and 8 cases（20.0%） were in group B.There was signifcant difference of anastomoic leakage between the two groups（χ2=6.059,P=0.016）.Conclusion The use of ileostomy in low anterior resection for rectal cancer may reduce the rate of anastomotic leakage.
